Halo 3: First Impressions

Well, after standing in line with a lot of high school kids, college kids, some teens and their parents, I grabbed my copy of Halo 3 at 12:08am and started to “finish the fight” shortly thereafter.
So far, the game is awesome. Refined, polished, cinematic, beautiful, but most of all it’s Halo. [...]

Just a few new songs wandering around my ipod these days. Beirut does a wonderful job of blending styles reminiscent the smiths, sufjan stevens, and the stranglers. Elephant Gun, Scenic World, Nantes, and Transatlantic are among my favorites.
